Todd Brainard started working for his dad’s title agency in the 5th grade, pulling documents from the courthouse. Tim Leehan started working with his mom in the 7th grade, putting together tax and legal reports. Jim Janson waited all the way until his senior year of high school before painting a barn for a man who managed a local title agency who then hired him as a title examiner. Each of our partners got into this business early and stuck with it, and now have more than 88 years experience between them.
Along the way, we’ve grown from one office in Jefferson with 6 employees, to 4 offices with 50 employees in Jefferson, Chardon, Warren and Canfield. We are one of the largest locally owned title agencies in the state of Ohio. We have grown thanks to our expertise and experience with all facets of residential and commercial Title and Escrow, as well as the dedication of our experienced and knowledgeable staff to provide the highest quality service and satisfaction.
Both our experience and our dedication to customer service are exemplified in our staff. We have a team of employees who will set up your orders immediately and start the title process quickly. A network of in-house and outside examiners that complete their title examinations as quickly as possible. A team of Title Officers that review the exams and work to clear any title issues our examiners discover and ensure that our title commitments and policies are produced and transmitted quickly. Each office answers its own phones with real employees, and is overseen by an experienced manager who can take quick action to deal with situations as they arise. And of course, a dedicated Escrow Team for each customer, pairing knowledge, experience and energy in a constant effort to provide a smooth and efficient closing process for buyers, sellers, real estate agents and lenders.
